New Years 'til Now!!!

Time flys when you have kids--I blinked and I found Nathan opening a locker @ Olympus Junior High.
Nathan has been taking advantage of our season pass to the Zoo with our most reliable friends.

Nate and his Dad that always said, that he was "half monkey and half human beam"!!!

Nathan had a blast and danced the night away at my best friends wedding!!! They started out the new year out right:-)

Nathan went to the Draper Temple openhouse with us. He was so reverent the whole time that Trent and I were completely shocked. Plus, he was determined to walk the whole temple minus the stairs and he did.

Nate helped Daddy build his first snowman on the first day of the year then did his little dance.

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow. . .!!!

The beginning of our snowy adventures with the 4-wheeler.
Nate was so excited he was able to ride on "Scrabbler"
(from "Bob the Builder").
We know Naters is in good hands whenever Mary is around.

We must not forget his "Godfather" Jake.

One, Two, Three, it's Jamaican Bob Sled Time. . .

As long as it is Dad doing the hills with Nate Mom is happy.

Leave it to Adam to find a more enjoyable way to conquer the hike up the hill.

. . . But if you really hold me tight all the way home will be bright.

Aloha from the Big Island of Hawaii!!!

We are back. . .and had a blast!!! Call us crazy or call us brave? We went to Kona, on the Big Island of Hawaii for a week with both of our parents. Our first full day there we did some planning and tried the famous Bubba Gump, Co.

Nate was so excited about being in Hawaii that he performed "Once there was a Snowman" song in his Aloha shirt on the coffee table.

The next day we took an ATV adventure down to pebble beach, up the forbidden mountain side, and finishing off with a dip in a little waterfall in the middle of no where. Trent was even able to see a "family of wild pigs" run off into the bushes.

We decided to take a manta ray night dive after getting worked over in a few games of shuffle board and tennis by the retired folk.

Our last stop was the Kona Temple where we were greeted by our dear friends the Heinzen's. A family we grew to love through Dave's mission in Hawaii. They have recently been called as the Second Counselor in the temple presidency.

On our way home Poppi taught Naters to ride in style and to have good manners in the Delta Crown room.

Happy New England Halloween

Our Halloween Pre-Game Show at the Turville's traditional Halloween party.

Since, one of us had to work all weekend and is not too fond of Halloween. We decided that our little man would have more fun in New Hampshire with his cousins than handing out candy with two boring parents for Halloween. So my parents and I flew to New England to be with the "Mother of Quite a Lot." The kids had a school parade for us to attend.

Those of us on the sidelines waiting with anticipation.

Surprise! Surprise! Our little puppy would not sit still so Poppi was chasing him all around to give his Mom a break.

The Knight and his Trusty dog.

Our sweet watch dog looking after his cousin Lucy, from Narnia.

And eating home room snacks after the kids school parade with is bravehearted lion friend.

After all that apple juice our good pup needed a break.

Happy Birthday, Dear. . .

The little bambino turned 1 years old, can you believe it?

The days are long and the years are short for sure when it comes to having kids.

Every light has become a candle in his mind, ever since he blew the birthday one out!!!
